Francis grew up in Longmont, Colorado, where aviation quickly became a defining part of his life through his father’s influence. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Professional Flight, earning his CFII and MEI while gaining valuable experience as a flight instructor before beginning his airline career with Endeavor Air. As Director of Sales at Mountainside Aviation, Francis helps lead the company alongside his dad, combining his passion for flying, customer service, and entrepreneurship. Outside the cockpit, he enjoys skiing, traveling, and producing music. Francis looks forward to welcoming clients into the Mountainside Aviation family.
